Refund Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026. This policy applies to clinic subscriptions on beautytreatments.com, run by the administrator of the beautytreatments.com service. Visitors never pay to read guides, search the directory or request appointments, so there is nothing to refund on the visitor side.

All payments are final

Every subscription payment, monthly or yearly, is final once it has been charged. Your plan is active from the moment of payment, and its features are available to you straight away for the whole period you paid for. Please choose your plan and billing period with care on pricing for clinics and med spas.

The only exceptions

We issue a refund only in these three cases.

  • Duplicate charge. You were charged twice for the same subscription and period. We refund the extra charge.
  • Unauthorized charge. A charge was made without your permission and this is proven, such as when your card was used by someone else. We refund that charge.
  • Complete service outage. The service could not be used at all for a continuous period because of a fault on our side. We refund the affected share of the period.

To ask for one of these refunds, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the date of the charge and a short description. We review every request and reply with a decision.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period, and you keep full access until that period ends. When the paid period ends, your profile returns to an unclaimed state and no further charges are made.

Upgrades and downgrades

Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the difference at the time of the change, and the new plan starts once that payment is complete. Moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next billing period, and the difference is not paid back.

Visitors in the European Union

Clinic subscriptions are business purchases. If a consumer law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal, that right ends once you agree at checkout that the service starts immediately and the service has begun. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have by law.
