BeautyTreatments

Med spa marketing that sends requests

People read our treatment guides before they book. When they find your clinic, they send a request with the treatment they want and the dates that suit them. You pay one flat monthly price, not a fee for every click.

Requests from people who already decided

A click on an ad is a person who might be curious. A request on BeautyTreatments is a person who read what Botox or laser hair removal involves, searched near your address and chose your clinic. They confirm their email with a code before the request reaches you, so you hear from real people with real dates.

  • The treatment, preferred dates and an optional note arrive with every request.
  • Every request is confirmed by email before you see it.
  • Visitors are asked not to share medical information, so health questions stay with your licensed provider.
02

Cost per request versus ad clicks

With paid ads you pay for attention, and only some clicks turn into a call or a booking. Your cost per booked treatment depends on the click price in your area, your landing page and how quickly someone answers. With BeautyTreatments the price is flat. The more requests arrive in a month, the less each one costs you. For many clinics one booked treatment covers the month.

  • No bidding, no daily budget and no surprise bill at the end of the month.
  • The price stays the same in busy months and quiet ones.
  • You keep running your own ads if they work for you. This adds a channel that does not charge per click.

04

Less time at the front desk

A request arrives with the treatment, the preferred dates and a confirmed email in one message. Your team answers once with a time instead of trading calls and messages to find out what the person wants. On the Clinic plan and above, every request sits in an inbox with a status, so nothing gets lost between shifts. On the Group plan, front desk staff get their own role and see only what they need.

05

One consistent listing for every location

Directory data comes from open sources and may show an old address, missing hours or no treatment menu. Once you claim it, you control what visitors see. Group and Enterprise accounts manage every location from one account, with roles for owners, managers and front desk, a report for each location and a CSV export of requests. Enterprise adds bulk listing import, an audit log and SSO.

06

How clinics use BeautyTreatments

A med spa with one location

Fills weekday Botox and filler slots with requests from people who already picked the treatment and chose a time that suits them.

A laser studio

Receives laser hair removal requests from people in its own ZIP codes, instead of paying for every click from people across town.

An independent esthetician

Runs a claimed profile from a salon suite with a treatment menu, hours and own photos, and receives requests by email.

An aesthetics group with 12 locations

Keeps every listing consistent, gives front desk staff their own role and reads one report for each location.

07

How claiming works

  1. 01 Find your business

Search the directory for your clinic by name and city. Many businesses are already listed from open data.

  2. 02 Confirm ownership

We send a code to an email address on your clinic's website domain, or you place a code on your website.

  3. 03 Choose a plan and finish your profile

Pick the plan that fits your locations. Add hours, your treatment menu, your own photos and, on the Clinic plan, your "from" prices.

Not listed yet? Add your business with its name and address when you claim your clinic profile.

08

What we never do

  • We never show reviews, ratings or before and after photos.
  • We never invent prices. Your prices appear only when you enter them.
  • Paid placement is always labeled Sponsored.
  • Medical treatments are listed as performed by licensed medical professionals, under your state's rules.
