Your med spa, skin clinic or studio may already be in our directory from open data. Claim the profile to correct your details, add your treatment menu and receive appointment requests from people near you.

How to claim your profile

  1. 01 Search for your business

    Look up your clinic by name and location. Every listed business has its own profile page with the label "Unclaimed profile, details from open data" until someone claims it.

  2. 02 Pick it and confirm ownership

    Choose your business and confirm that it is yours in one of two ways. We send a six-digit code to an email address on the same domain as your clinic's website, such as [email protected]. Or, if you do not use an email on your domain, we give you a short code to place on your website, and we check for it.

  3. 03 Choose your plan

    Select the plan that fits your number of locations. Every plan is a monthly or yearly subscription, and yearly saves 50%.

Your business is not listed

Open data does not include every business. Add yours with its name and full address, and confirm it the same way, with a code to an email on your website's domain or a code on your website.

What changes after you claim

  • The "Unclaimed" label comes off your profile.
  • You edit your hours, website and treatment menu.
  • You add up to 6 photos of your own.
  • Visitors send appointment requests straight to you by email.
  • On the Clinic plan and above, you set "from" prices per treatment and manage requests in an inbox with status.
  • On the Group and Enterprise plans, you manage several locations with team roles and per-location reports.

  • Starter. $24/mo billed yearly at $288/yr, or $49/mo monthly. One location, 25 appointment requests per month.
  • Clinic. $49/mo billed yearly at $588/yr, or $99/mo monthly. One location, unlimited requests, "from" prices.
  • Group. $124/mo billed yearly at $1,488/yr, or $249/mo monthly. Up to 5 locations, team roles.
  • Enterprise. $299/mo billed yearly at $3,588/yr, or $599/mo monthly. Up to 25 locations, SSO and invoicing.

Not the owner, but something is wrong

If a profile shows wrong details or you want a listing removed, open the profile and choose Request a correction or Request removal. We handle it and email you back. Removed profiles stay removed.

Questions about claiming

Why do you need an email on our website's domain?

It is the simplest proof that you run the business. A free personal mailbox could belong to anyone, while an address on your clinic's domain points to the business itself.

What if our website has no email on its domain?

Choose the website code instead. We give you a short code to place on a page of your site, and the claim continues once we find it.

Can I claim several locations?

Yes. Claim each location, then choose the Group plan for up to 5 locations or Enterprise for up to 25.
