Visitors always use BeautyTreatments for free
Reading guides, searching the directory and requesting an appointment never cost anything. There is no free plan for clinics: every plan is a monthly or yearly subscription, with no one-time listings and no credits.
Pricing questions
Can I get a refund?
Payments are final. The exceptions are a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge you can show, and a full outage of the service. Read the refund policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Canceling does not refund the current period.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly charges the difference right away, and the new plan starts once that payment goes through. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.
What counts as an appointment request?
One request is one visitor who chose your clinic, entered preferred dates and confirmed their email with a code. Unconfirmed requests do not count toward the Starter limit of 25 per month. The count resets with each billing month.
How does invoicing work for Enterprise?
Enterprise accounts can pay by invoice with net-30 terms. Each invoice lists every location on the account. Write to [email protected] to set it up.
Why a flat price and not pay per lead?
A flat price keeps your cost the same every month, however many requests arrive. For many clinics one booked treatment covers the month. Read more about med spa marketing.
